As a customer I want to consume my NAS-HA volume with a private access with in the vRack

Consume a manage service from a private network (vRack) Managed Enterprise File Storage service is not exposed on any public network. Managed Enterprise File Storage service is not exposed to any host but the ones attached on my private network Managed Enterprise File Storage service delivers high throughput through vRack Managed Enterprise File Storage delivers low latency through vRack

vRack service will be in beta test for Enterprise File Storage in Q1 (target February) and NAS HA will follow just after (target Q2 for beta test, Q3 for General Availability).
