vRack Private Network - vRack services : Service Endpoint for Enterprise File Storage

Allow the user to privately expose Enterprise File Storage service on the customer vRack.

As a customer I want to consume my Enterprise File Storage volume with a private access within the vRack.

https://github.com/ovh/infrastructure-roadmap/issues/55 Alpha phase of vRack Services / Service endpoint: a highly resilient, high capacity service that allows an OVHcloud managed service to be exposed in the vRack through a private IP address has been released. It is an internal alpha test, but a nice step that will bring us to the beta test
