Anti-DDoS: IP Permanent Mitigation - End-of-life (EOL)

OVHcloud is planning end-of-life (EOL) for the Anti-DDoS Infrastructure: "IP Permanent mitigation" option. This change is part of the network defense infrastructure evolution to help better respond to market demands with defense systems evolution.

Over the last years we work to integrate protection & mitigation logic better within growing scope of network services, including the edge of our network. Following that changes, the "IP permanent mitigation" function got obsolete and redundant.

With this move, quality of mitigating network DDoS attacks will not change, but obsolete function will be removed. This is also a key-point to offer better protection options in future (i.e. more advanced control on mitigation-profiles - https://github.com/ovh/infrastructure-roadmap/issues/116).
