Advanced Technical Diagnostics – Customers can access connectivity diagnostics for better network visibility and troubleshooting:

• BGP Diagnostics for L3 configuration :

  • BGP Session State & Details – Get a full view of the BGP session status and all related information.
  • Learned Routes – See the routes received from the customer’s network over BGP, helping them verify what they are announcing to OVHcloud.
  • Advertised Routes – View the routes announced by OVHcloud over BGP, ensuring correct route propagation from OVHcloud to the customer.

• MAC Address Diagnostics for L2 configuration:

  • Learned MAC Addresses – List MAC addresses learned from customer side, allowing for easier network verification and troubleshooting.
