CONTACT MANAGEMENT - Allow a technical contact to transfert its role to the current admin contact without the consent of the admin contact

As user, i want be MASTER on technical contact IF and ONLY IF i transfert this role to the current administrator of the service - so without the consent of the administrator contact like you already allow the admin contact to be MASTER on both accountant / technical contact without their consent.
