Enhance import of workflow as code

Hello!

I just finish to bootstrap a project using the new "as code" feature 🚀. I found it great 😄, but to me it miss the possibility to choose the branch on which you wanna import the project.

This will help to ensure that the cds setup works before pushing it to the master branch.
