Improve release af the IDE / p2

Currently the release of the IDE and p2 are not connected to the maven release phases which would have made it even simpler to release.

Therefore I suggest that we take a look at:

• deploy attached p2 repository zip - http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/EclipseTycho/article.html#exercisetychoproduct_enterid

this way we can use deploy of the IDE and p2 repo like we do for the core components.
