This would allow us to ask the user to set other settings before opening the game.
We already ask the user about stuff during startup. For example, if a user has crashed before, they get the options to clear their settings file and to enable crash reporting. In what other situation would we want to ask the user to change settings during startup?
This might already be covered in the serverless tutorial world. If desired I can make it to where the settings app will open a simplified window showing only commonly misconfigured settings like audio, smooth rotation, etc. I don't think this will be necessary because the serverless world already comes with a panel to configure these settings immediately.
