macOS support

This PR digs macOS support back up.

  • Our current libnode version doesn't build on macOS. I could patch it, but the latest LTS from https://github.com/overte-org/overte/pull/1711 builds just fine, so I might just wait until we have libnode 22 support.
  • Vulkan is of course not working in this yet, since the Vulkan PR isn't merged yet. MoltenVK seems to already build fine though.

Vulkan and libnode are currently the only known blockers for macOS support.
