Soft spotlight falloff radius

Spot lights currently only support a hard cutoff.

"cutoff" controls the hard cutoff, but "falloffRadius" and "exponent" let you control the soft falloff, no?

Intensity 5, fall-off radius 5, exponent 7, spotlight cut-off 40 Image

Exponent 16, same other parameters as first Image

Fall-off radius 2, same other parameters as first Image

Simulated effect that can't be done in Overte yet Image

Other engines do the last effect with either an inner and outer cutoff angle or an attenuation value from the center to the edge of the cutoff

ah true! since exponent already controls the rate of falloff, perhaps we can just add an "inner angle" to control the angle at which the falloff starts?

Sounds good to me
