Wearables are grabable by default

Having wearables be grabable by default seems like a bug. I don't think we are the kind of platform where you should be able to pull peoples clothes off by default 😅.

Wearables are grabbable so you can reposition them (and then lock them with the padlock button to the left of the hat button), but this only makes sense for things that only have one bone influence like hats or wrist watches.

Wearables with "is soft" turned on shouldn't ever be grabbable, because that's almost never desired behavior and you can trip into issues like wardrobe malfunctions or pulling off body parts.

I would think you would want them grabbable at first so you can easily reposition them, but I don't think other people should be able to grab your wearables at the same time. This might be a big ask, but maybe we could abstractly make it so that users have an option to only allow specific users to grab items, and we could use that in the avatar app to only allow the wearer to move things?

I had no idea the padlock icon is supposed to handle this. Considering how many people have grabbable body parts, I am probably not the only one unaware. Maybe we should have them only be grabbable when inside the wearables menu?
