Telegram beta download link alternative

So I recently tried to submit telegram beta to homebrew but was rejected as they say appcenter links are too unstable. You can view the PR here

Just wondering if there's an alternative link or any plans to move from appcenter. (Similar to the regular telegram for macos maybe?)

That links to the appcenter, which are unusable according to homebrew team.
