App shown as active 24 hours a day in Screen Time
Hello,
it appears that the app is sometimes being detected as always active by macOS' Screen Time, even when it's in the background, and therefore it's counted as being in use 24 hours a day.
Here's what I'm seeing for last week, for example:

The problem happens with both macOS 11 and 12.

I have same problem. Download from App Store. Telegram is running background without window or Mac turn to sleep mode. The screen time still be counting unless fully exit Telegram.

Same here. I'd like to add that this wasn't the case for me, but happened quite recently — after update with Premium. Since then, I have 23h 56-59m active time everyday
I have the same issue. Only Telegram occasionally will be 100% usage while macOS is in sleep mode.
Started seeing this again since 24th Feb, usage has been 24h a day since and it blocks any other app from recording activity which is annoying.
I deleted the app entirely and it still kept tracking time. After rebooting my machine it finally stopped.
I'm going to switch to the web version instead, I feel uneasy that this is spinning up some background process that is persisting way longer than it should.
