Unable to log into test environment on macos desktop

I've done the following:

macOS: click the Settings icon 10 times to open the Debug Menu, ⌘ + click ‘Add Account’ and log in via phone number.

When I'm prompted for my phone number, I get asked to a OTP that is supposed to be sent to my device. I don't see the OTP in the telegram app, notification, or SMS.

My main mobile telegram is on an Android device.

Version 10.9.1.260779
