This documents how to test with Jest / Enzyme when using this library. Enzyme does not currently support Suspense with a thrown promise inside.

IDs would replace `chunkName` option. It'd be better to use same approach as [react-lazy-data](https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-lazy-data)'s Babel plugin.
