Customize the timeouts in "Too many files uploaded, your uploads have been throttled for a short period. Please wait 15 minutes and try again."

I am moving several projects to my self-hosted instance. Is it possible to tweak the throttling that Overleaf does when a user uploads a lot of files? I fail to see the point on having such aggressive timeouts when I'm hosting an instance for a small-scale team.
