Custom CSS & HTML styling

I have an instance of overleaf running fine, but now I want to make changes to the CSS / HTML frontend of the website, how can I achieve that ?

I know the config/variables.env offers some customization but this is very limited.

From what I can gather, the frontend is pulled from /overleaf/overleaf/tree/main/services/web ?

How can I make changes to this and update my instance to show them ?
