I get this error trying to compile my thesis, this file in particular:

It has worked flawlessly before. Is this a recent change?

Expected behavior: Document compiling

Actual behavior: LaTeX Error: Loading a class or package in a group.

Context: I upgraded the texlive manually first, then used tuetenk0pp dockerfile, which automates the update. The issue persists.
