Access to arbitrary mounts on the host?

This is not a bug, but a question.

Is there a way to access files on mounts available to the server host? That way I would not need to use the clunky "upload" feature -- I could use the file system to set up my project just the way I wanted it, then go into Overleaf and access that project.
