[Bug] Cronjob

Hello, I find a little confusion here, whether it's a bug or not. I make cron at 12:00 every Sunday, but cron runs again on Monday at 12:00. Have tried in these 2 weeks using numbers or letters. As a result, cron still runs 2 times. Can it be investigated?
