[Enhancement] Inventory Wipe

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I believe many people would like the ability to wipe specific items from the inventory player, stashes, and vehicles without having to reset most of the data?

Describe the solution you'd like

• A command which is /wipeinv and only executable by console.
• A convar where you can list specific items to remove from players, stashes, vehicles i.e.: set inventory:wipe ["ammo-9", "WEAPON_COMBATPISTOL"]
• Obvious not to be used in a live environment by others 🤷‍♂️

When you run the /wipeinv, it will remove the specified items (in this case ammo-9 and combatpistol) from the players, stashes, and vehicles while retaining their original items. For an example, if my inventory is phone, money, ammo-9 and a combat pistol and the command is ran. I would retain the phone and money but not the ammo-9, combat pistol.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually querying each table one by one, not sure how to properly achieve the above.
