Fix the build environment to not require the header file hacks.

Currently, we need to hack up the following header files:

C:\Rtools\gcc-4.6.3\i686-w64-mingw32\include\oaidl.h:1890 C:\Rtools\gcc-4.6.3\i686-w64-mingw32\include\objidl.h:598;599

Hi, I'm pretty new to R. I'm trying to install This package, but keep the following error: Error in read.dcf(file.path(pkgname, "DESCRIPTION"), c("Package", "Type")) : cannot open the connection In addition: Warning message: In read.dcf(file.path(pkgname, "DESCRIPTION"), c("Package", "Type")) : cannot open compressed file 'X4R-1.0.1/DESCRIPTION', probable reason 'No such file or directory'
