I thought about it, it should be cool to make it Framework-independent.

Yes, I'm afraid I'm not very good at native javascript myself. It seems one thing that that jQuery lacks is class inheritance (Class.define, etc) like prototype got. Tried to patch things quick-n-dirty but ended up with the realization that this needs to be done properly. =)
