To enable adding a New Transaction from the Dashboard as shown below ![image](https://github.com/moneymanagerex/moneymanagerex/assets/17465872/d7a22662-da10-4366-995b-439a7c7204f0) It will also enable feature discovery, i.e. the keyboard shortcut `F9` to add a new transaction.
