Pronouns specification issue.

When the outreachy announced its results every intern got displayed on Alums Page. So, if we didn't specify pronouns beforehand it automatically displays "he/him/his" which is not appropriate for everyone. So, null or not specified should be displayed for pronouns if it's left blank beforehand.
