Allow sorting at all levels of the tree
Currently you can only sort the top level of the tree, we should allow sorting of every level of subdocuments in the same way. The sort details will need to be stored in the tree itself.

@tommoor Any chance we can re-open this issue? I think it's still a very valuable enhancement. I'm currently looking for a solution to be able to alphabetically order just one specific subdocument list within a manually sorted collection.
+1 for this. Adding a default global behaviour option for sorting would also be a MASSIVE plus.
