Nova 5 support

I have made the corrections to ensure it works properly with Laravel Nova 5.

I'm a bit hesitant to merge without us testing ourselves, I'll try to find time to test it out myself with workbench.

Has anybody else tried it out already with nova 5?

I’ve adjusted the edit modal, the menu item modal, and the copy menu modal so that they are properly configured with v-model. Now, editing and the copy menu modal work correctly.

I’m already using this fork in some production projects, and it works well.
