Hyperlang/hyperutils update causes to fails on pluggin start

disabling hy3 starts Hyprland correctly

before Hyperlang/hyperutils updates with the same Hyprland version everything works

I found a solution

In hyprland.conf now we need to replace line plugin = <plugin-path> with exec-once = hyprctl plugin load <plugin-path>

That's according to new https://wiki.hypr.land/Plugins/Using-Plugins/ We need to mark that change in README.MD
