Location mapping of Swedish territories

Fuzzy matching issue where sequences from Sormland/Eskiltuna get mapped to Sodermland/Kil; Sormland = Sodermland, but Eskiltuna != Kil. There is likely a similar issue with Västra Götaland.

Identified by user: "When I look at the Geographic prevalence of tracked lineages and mutations there is none reported for Södermanland. In Sweden Södermanland is called both Södermanland and Sörmland. When we report results to GISAID we are told to use location” Europe/Sweden/Sormland/Eskilstuna” and for Västra Götaland ”Europe/Sweden/Vastragotaland/Skovde”."
