orchestrator link broken in web app

The web app top left link points to https://github.com/github/orchestrator

but this does not yet exist. I imagine you're planning to eventually migrate organizations but as this hasn't happened yet it is just a 404 in version 1.5.0

I'm creating an issue so that if you decide not to migrate down the line this doesn't fall through the cracks.
