Unusual Output and Failure During Regular Annotation

Hello Shujun,

I am running the latest EDTA from the master branch 41cd64f and I am getting an error with 1 out of 3 of my genomes. I have looked and I would fine it hard to believe it is a weird entry in my genome as I was able to annotate the genome on v2.1.0 and my other genomes (formatted similarly) work on v2.2.0+ . But I suppose it would make sense that is is something wrong with my file.

Here is the log, I am interested in the "Use of uninitialized value" error that seems to be preventing it from completing correctly. I am rather at a loss for how to fix it.
