Hi @davidxmoody, Do you think you'll have time to add this feature so that metalsmith-broken-link-checker has a more reliable way to check broken links?
I've tried to use metalsmith-broken-link-checker with either [metalsmith-redirect](https://github.com/aymericbeaumet/metalsmith-redirect) and [metalsmith-aliases](https://github.com/drager/metalsmith-aliases) and they are not compatible (I mean metalsmith-broken-link-checker is not compatible with both of these plugins). metalsmith-broken-link-checker is detecting false...
Does the workaround proposed by @wooorm solve the problem of deactivating a rule in a config file? If yes, I did not understood how.
The problem with this workaround is that it becomes hard to maintain these packages up to date. It creates a third category of packages that are neither local, neither global....

I don't understand why the encryption would fail. As the encryption is "managed by plik", it should work natively on the same S3 hosting solution whenever the encryption is enabled...
The error is mentioned in the first post of the thread.
You're right, the backend does not support standard encryption. scality only offera custom encryption feature. I think that the documentation string could be improved as I was understanding the encryption...
