ME Scratchpad: remove xor put in tree view (maybe)
If we fully move the ME strategizing to Google Docs, maybe we don't need the scratchpad anymore, and removing it would force to centralize the scratchpading.
If we do want MEs to keep using the scratchpad (atm I asked them to use the Google Docs), then it would be useful to see them in the tree view (b/c otherwise they have to open all WS one by one).
Although, I think we can label this issue as wont-do b/c maybe we want to use scratchpad when, and only when, there's only 1 ME on a tree. That way, it's easier for them to document, and there's no need to clearly communicate to other MEs. Although, even then, Google Docs might be better because: a) it would be easier for the ME to consult their own past notes, b) annotate and share annotated texts, c) have non-WS-specific notes, d) have all strategizing in the same format / location.

I also sometimes forget to put the google doc link in the scratchpad, so this would make things slightly easier to keep track of (for me + people reading my ME trees at least)
Maybe we should have a way to link the Malicious Team Google Doc in all MEs scratchpad (but it would just save participants a few clicks; nothing too bad).
I'd vote for fully removing, if we do anything. (but probably vote for doing nothing actually)
I also vote for that just because it's not a priority; probably never will in Mosaic 1 (but if it was free, I'd vote to remove/disable it)
