Add way to see scratchpads in compact tree view

Most important is the scratchpad of the judge workspace that made the decision between the two answer candidates.

(if we put in logs for why judges made the decisions they did, it would be very important to be able to see those as well)

Also need to be able to see what pointers the judge expanded/didn't expand.

This is only really valuable/worth doing if we can do analysis solely from the compactTree view without having to click into the workspace view

This was done and then undone b/c it gave an unfair advantage to MEs, right?

I don't think this was ever implemented.

anyway, I think we should close this issue b/c scratchpads in the tree view would give an unfair advantage to the MEs
