[Feature request] Handle matrix room urls

For example, I can share a matrix room url to fluffychat to join that room. It would be cool if small-talk could do that, so rooms/chats could be added on mobile

Additionaly, it would be very useful if the app could automatically recognize matrix room invitation urls so that it opens up the room inside the app !
