In Pubtech file organizer's file.exe clicking on a folder does not open it

There is a huge progress with this application since 2019. The program starts well now (albeit with a "not enough memory" error box).

But the folders on the desktop do not open if clicked. They also cannot be dragged.

Also, the app hangs when trying to call external apps like clipboard, control panel or sysinfo, but this is a side issue.
