Application crashes after loading for 2 seconds

Describe the bug Application manages to load and display main menu screen then the screen disappears without error.

Expected behavior To be able to navigate around the program

Environment (please complete the following information): Windows 10 20H2 and Windows 11 23H2

Additional context Trying to run old program "MultiCalc" that used to run fine on a windows XP machine but this machine is now dead. Suspect the trace log line "PROGRAM TERMINATED: SYS.PRM missing" is the cause. Can't find much information around this missing file. Tryed 4x different versions of OTVDM. all have same issue. Played around with a few .ini file settings but not yet solved
