Simcity 2000 crashes to desktop when the user tries to place any zones, buildings, etc. into the game world/map.

The Urban Renewal Kit works fine.

This is for the 1994 CD Collection version of the game. Other versions of Simcity 2000 might behave differently.

Is the one that comes with a win16 and win32 version? It's only one I can find. If so I can't get it to crash, need a trace.
