16-bit game can't be opened properly

Hi,

I want to open a 16-bit game from 1999 (file: "Shadow of Powers.exe") with otvdmw.exe because it doesn't run on DOSBox. After I do that a console opens for 1 second and disappears. "Shadow of Powers.exe" is then executed with otvdmw.exe, but is only in the background. No matter what I do, the task cannot be maximized, toggled to, or brought to the foreground. But somehow the program runs.

The same problem exists when I run the game exe file with otvdm.exe. Everything remains in the background.
