Not possible to expand/collapse containers anymore.

I ran into the same issue, it was the _trees_ plugin. removing that fixed the issue for me, see #946

This is a `setuptools` issue and not a `nuitka` one, you need the [legacy behavior](https://setuptools.pypa.io/en/latest/userguide/development_mode.html#legacy-behavior) for most tools to work right.
