Suggestion: clarify how to combine heat capacitor with cascade temperature control

Hi there and thank you for this amazing plug-in!

Something I feel is a bit lacking in the docs and something I'm struggling with understanding is how to combine the heat capacitor flow with the cascade temperature controller.

I have it set up and working, but when it comes to adjusting the PID node, I have a hard time understanding how it behaves in parallel with the config in the heat capacitor node.

Since the cascade flow does a +-5 degrees boost/reduction based on, I guess, temperature and price, how does these values get affected by the approximate time for increasing/decreasing 1 degree as well as the minimum savings and such set in the heat capacitor?

Would be really good with a full example of the combinations of the two flows and some additional clarification on how to configure it optimally!
