grid tariff break 5 kwh level 1st day of month - next level assumed

Hi, If 5kWh level is passed 1st day of month or befor PS have three day to calculate an average, PS assume next level is 10kWh. This means that it will not initiate any reduction actions after that and the 5kWh limit will be surpassed also on day 2 and 3.
