I've just downloaded the turtle-gambit-master.zip and have no idea where to go from there

when executing yarn dev on the frontend folder I'm hit with this error

installation error whilst installing "npm next"

Ok I've now installed "npm next" and continued as normal, now I'm prompted with this error screen

You haven't installed the dependencies, run npm install to install them.

lol all i learnt is that my wifi is garbage cause it complains about my wifi being bad :L
