I can hear everyone fine but one friend cant hear us and we cant hear them

Describe the bug When the person joins they do not have a red wifi symbol or anything but we cant hear them and they cant hear us. Everyone has the latest update

To Reproduce

Expected behaviour I was expected to hear them because we are all able to hear each other except for this one person and they cant hear us either.

I had a similar problem with some friends. We got to the bottom of the problem and found out that NAT problems were the trigger. The CrewLink client was connecting to the voice server (no red disconnect sign) but I couldn't hear many and many couldn't hear me, whilst they could here everyone else.

Solution? We haven't found a solution directly in CrewLink so far, myself it helped to switch to the unofficial BetterCrewLink in which there is an option "NAT Fix" which fixed my problems. BetterCrewLink and CrewLink are also compatible, so only I had to switch.

I have a friend with the same issue, everything looks to be working fine on the ui but they can't hear us and we can't hear them.
