[BUG REPORT] my friend cant hear us and we cant hear him and when he test his mic and speakers it works fine

Additional context
Guys I am 95% sure this is because your NAT Type is strict. Try setting up a VPN like NordVPN or ExpressVPN, that should fix the issue. Im not sure how to change your NAT Type but it seems like it's something you do on your Router. (There are multiple videos that apparently show how to change your NAT Type to Open) Second thing if you use VPN: I dont know if there is a protection against VPN or something but some Crewlink Servers might not allow VPN so it would be good to have a private one. Out of 5 cases, so far this has fixed 3 out of 3 that we tested this on, that's why im so sure.
