My apologies for not working on the PR for such a long time. There were so many urgent issues in the last 6 month that I never had a few...

Just a small update: Found the docker-compose issue. Somehow the environment variable IPP_DISABLE_JS=1 is not fully propergated into the docker container. Very strange since a simple `echo IPP_DISABLE_JS=$env:IPP_DISABLE_JS` command tells...
