Changes Proposed

• Move player skull check to lua
• Move prevent player to generate loot to lua
• Improve code from player death.

That is great!!! Perhaps you could include #3385 along with these changes.

Maybe we should keep the settings in config.lua, stay as they always were, it's easier to change things there than individually, that's my opinion, of course.

@omarcopires I added both pvp systems. with "new" and "old" mode.
