Suggested article for wiki

Hello,

I have been using ccache to speed up kernel compilation for months. I wrote an article on how to use it specifically for recompiling TFS on my fork's wiki, click here.

I managed to have a recompilation time of 1/15 of a full compilation. This is specially useful if one tries to recompile it on a VPS, that generally has a slower CPU with a single or at most 2 cores and recompiling can be painful.

Please consider using it in the wiki. I can work on it further if it's not deep or well-written enough.
