Looks like we wouldn't hit the requirements on this repo to pass yet to get into the default package tap, so this will have to be shelved for now until we hit that target:

The Cask is for an app that is too obscure. Examples:

An app from a code repository that is not notable enough (under 30 forks, 30 watchers, 75 stars). Electronic Identification (eID) software.
