clac displays sheet over the directory window

Hi, As said in the title, calc displays the opened sheet over the directory window, which still appears in transparency, making it very difficult (let's say impossible) to work with. I tried several ethercal instances, with the same result. The problem does'nt occur with pad. I attach a screenshot in order to quite understand the issue. Regards,
